Bio
I was raised in sunny California and plan to some day return or I may move to Australia. I’ve always had interest in the film industry, yet did not seek entry when I was young. I was too shy to be an actor and didn’t consider the other side of the camera until later. Instead I worked in the banking industry for about seven years then moved to North Carolina where I designed and built my own home. After which the film industry bug attacked again.
This time I wanted to be behind the camera. I’ve written nine scripts, one was co-wrote with my mom Penny Fischer Galpin, who by the way, is a very talented interior designer, she merely lacks of confidence to sell her abities. Therefore, I set up a site for her. I tried to make contact with industry professionals while on an extended stays in LA, but the doors didn’t open, so I returned home, picked one of my scripts and went to work.
My experience in the film business was very limited, but hey, I built my own house to code without any professional construction experience, so I thought why not give it a shot.
I created two companies: Kristyne Coralie Pictures and Tadin Entertainment to seek investment partners who wish to capitalize on the multi-billion dollar entertainment industry.
I did run into one problem: those I contacted continued to say - “you have no track record,” “you need to prove yourself” and “let me know when others have started to invest.” Well, I felt led to move ahead. So, with a shoestring shooting budget and no money to pay a crew, I crewed the film myself.
